We were very excited to be a part of this new sculpture project in downtown Boise! Public Art is an important contribution to a city’s unique sense of place and provides stimulating variety to our built environment.

The Idaho Green Fest was a fantastic event this year! Can’t wait to celebrate again next year!
Lina is our new summer Engineering Intern. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Alabama and is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering at Boise State. Before moving to Boise to pursue her Master’s degree, Lina was very active as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity in North Carolina.
Lina was born in Iraq but has lived in the United States most of her life. She moved to Boise two years ago and has fallen in love with all the outdoor activities here! When she’s not studying or working you can find her out hiking, running, or camping with her two dogs, Rosko and Indy, by her side.
A special thank you goes to Sam Zahorka at the City of Boise for helping the Structural Engineers Association of Idaho (SEAIdaho) get training on Post Earthquake Safety Evaluation of Buildings. It was fun to walk around downtown Boise and analyze the potential earthquake risk to our historic buildings.
